Renew a Prescription

If you need to renew a prescription, the first step is to call your pharmacy and request a refill.  Your pharmacist may be able to issue a refill electronically,  without contacting us as you may have additional refills available. If the doctor does need to approve a prescription renewal, your pharmacist will contact us on your behalf.

Please note:

As we are now electronic prescribing  (e-RX),  should you arrive at the pharmacy to pick up your refill, and it is not available, ask them to please check their electronic hub --- just in case they were unaware of the e-RX ability.     We, the pharmacies and physicians, are all working together in connecting electronic data as electronic transactions will be mandated.    We do not anticipate any problems, but should you encounter one, please feel free to call our office 480-945-3535 during business hours.
